20% Commission Platform Architecture

EventDLS operates as an unbundled discovery, communication, and event management platform. EventDLS charges 0% commission on bookings agreed between Clients and Vendors.

3User Registration, Authentication & Security

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Phone numbers are verified via SMS/WhatsApp One-Time Passwords (OTP) and normalized in strict E.164 format (+91).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enforced for sensitive vendor profile actions and administrative operations. Any suspected unauthorized account access must be reported to security@eventdls.com immediately.

4Vendor Storefront & Service Obligations

Vendors registering on EventDLS warrant that they possess all requisite municipal licenses, food safety registrations (FSSAI where applicable for catering/banquets), tax registrations (GSTIN), and trade qualifications.

• All pricing tiers, package inclusions, and portfolio photographs published must represent authentic services provided by the vendor.
• Misleading claims, fake reviews, or unauthorized third-party watermarked images are strictly prohibited and result in immediate profile suspension.
• Vendors must respond to verified customer inquiries and Request for Quotes (RFQs) in a professional, timely manner.

5Subscription Billing, Ads & Razorpay Processing

All online digital payments for SaaS subscriptions (Free, Starter ₹2,400/mo, Premium ₹8,200/mo) and 5-Slot Sponsored Ad auctions are securely processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway under RBI digital payment directives.

Sequential GST Tax Invoices are generated automatically upon successful capture and are downloadable directly in your vendor command center. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to statutory GST (18%).

6Direct Client-Vendor Contracts & Limitation of Liability

EventDLS is a technological venue and software directory. The commercial contract for event services (including date booking, advance deposits, on-site execution, and food safety) exists solely between the Client and the Vendor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventDLS Technologies India (P) Ltd., its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vendor performance, event cancellations, or weather emergencies.

7Prohibited Uses & Content Moderation

Users and vendors agree not to:

• Upload malicious code, automated scraping bots, or initiate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
• Post defamatory, obscene, harassing, or trademark-infringing media.
• Circumvent security audits, rate limiters, or tamper with Razorpay payment webhook signatures.

8Intellectual Property & Dynamic Watermarking

All platform trademarks, UX designs, AI algorithms, codebases, and databases are the exclusive intellectual property of EventDLS Technologies India (P) Ltd.

Vendor portfolio images uploaded through our Cloudinary ingestion pipeline are dynamically watermarked with EventDLS verification branding to protect vendor creative work against unauthorized scrapers.

9Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
