AES-256 Field-Level Encryption

All client emails, telephone numbers, and sensitive identification records are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

E.164 Strict Phone Standards

Phone numbers are normalized to international E.164 standards (+91) with zero plain-text logging in server runtime consoles.

Zero Third-Party Data Selling

EventDLS will never rent, monetize, or sell your private wedding attendee lists, budgets, or guest phone numbers to telemarketers.

Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP)

Fully compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 of India, providing full rights to data audit and deletion.

1Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us through account registration, event creation, guest list imports, and vendor onboarding:

Account Credentials: Name, verified email address, and normalized mobile telephone number (+91 E.164).
Event Planning Details: Wedding dates, event types, budget brackets, guest lists, and RSVP counts.
Vendor Commercial Records: Business trade name, service categories, city geocoordinates, portfolio media, and optional GSTIN.
Payment Information: Razorpay order IDs, subscription payment signatures, and tax invoice tokens (no credit card or CVV details are stored on our servers).

Your information is used strictly to power core celebration workflows:

Providing AI-driven budget allocation calculators and sub-event timelines.
Facilitating direct communication between clients and verified vendors for service inquiries and Request for Quotes (RFQs).
Dispatching RSVP invitations, WhatsApp notifications, and 2FA authentication codes.
Preventing fraudulent vendor registrations, spam bots, and platform security breaches.

EventDLS uses essential browser cookies and local storage items solely to sustain secure session authentication, manage interactive guided tour states, and remember theme preferences. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site behavioral tracking cookies.

5Your Rights & Right to Erasure

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you retain full ownership of your data:

Right to Access: You may request an exported JSON/CSV copy of all personal records associated with your account.
Right to Correction: You can modify your phone number, city, or event budgets at any time through account settings.
Right to Erasure: You can submit a deletion request to permanently purge your profile, guest lists, and past event history by emailing privacy@eventdls.com.
